August

This month has been full of ups and downs. To borrow from our Women's Bible Study:

Our Highs:
wonderful weather, a busy, busy, busy toddler that keeps us laughing every day, various picnics, celebrating 8 years of marriage and a fantastic last minute trip to St. Louis to catch up with friends.

Our Lows:
sinus infection, flu, flu, sinus infection, a garbage disposal that stopped working and lots of loss sleep due to incessant coughing (see above).

We are cautiously optimistic that things are improving and we look forward to providing a better update soon. Stay tuned!

September Expectations:
Uncle Noah & Aunt Wendy's wedding, VACATION to Grandma & Grandpa's, no more illness, day trip as a family, play dates with friends to the Morton Arboretum and a children's musem, the beginning of preschool!

Tomato Plant Update

A close up of our largest green tomato.

The security system designed by Jared. This includes several feet of fruit tree netting and at least 15 zip ties. No rabbit, bird, or human can get at these tomatoes.
